The cabin overlooking the lake was a highlight, very clean and welcoming, with a cozy fireplace that made the rainy weather enjoyable. Staff were courteous and helpful, enhancing the experience. Although the food was great, we missed trying the best pizza as we explored other options during our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in the Log Home Suite with stunning views of the lake and a relaxing hot tub that was perfect after a long day. The indoor pool and sauna were great spots to unwind too! Just a heads up, the seating outside was a bit limited, but we’ll definitely be back for more of that blueberry mascarpone French toast! 😊

Couples looking for a peaceful escape
The views were nothing short of amazing. I remember sitting by the fireplace in my room, enjoying a glass of bourbon while watching the waves crash against the rocks. Staff like Alisa, always checking in and offering tips about the area, it was. Refreshing, almost like a real connection. Another thing, there was a pile of s'mores kits ready for the fire pits, nothing beats a night under the stars.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for the experience, I’d say it was worth it.

The inviting log decor and cozy fireplace made me feel right at home. I enjoyed the scenic views of Lake Superior from my room, which provided a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
More grab rails in bathrooms would be helpful.

The location of Grand Superior Lodge is fantastic, right on Lake Superior. I loved the beautiful lake views from my room, especially while sipping coffee on the private balcony. The cabin was spacious, clean, and had a cozy feel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere, especially with activities like the fire pits and various games set up around the grounds. However, the restaurant left a lot to be desired. The food felt basic and overpriced, lacking in quality and creativity. It didn’t match the upscale setting of the resort. Also, I noticed noise from the neighboring cabin at night, which disrupted the peace. Overall, a lovely place for a weekend getaway, especially for families, but the dining options could definitely see improvement.
